Does Mona Skin Vest help me lose weight?
No. It helps create a cleaner-looking line through the torso while you are wearing it. It does not burn fat or permanently reshape your body.
Will people be able to see it under my shirt?
It is designed to sit smoothly beneath most shirts, polos and tees when you choose the correct size and colour. Very thin or tightly fitted outer layers can reveal any undershirt.
Should I size down for stronger compression?
Usually, no. Sizing down can make the vest harder to put on, less comfortable and more visible. Follow the chart and choose the larger size if you fall between two sizes.
Is it difficult to put on?
It will feel firmer than a standard singlet, so the first wear can take a little more time. Work the fabric into place evenly rather than pulling hard on one area.
